The mission of The R is to assist in the prevention of injury and death resulting from unexpected life situations that requires immediate action by improving the knowledge and training of all those in the home, community, schools, and the workplace as well as those in the healthcare profession.

The R, LLC specializes in high quality CPR and Safety certification and training in the Charlotte North Carolina and Nashville Tennessee area. We offer classes in CPR, AED, and BLS & First Aid. An American Heart Association (AHA) certified instructor trains all of our clients!

At The R we pride ourselves on providing exceptional First Aid/CPR training in underserved communities especially those of color; African American & Hispanic specifically.
